Picayune Cellars is a Napa Valley winery founded by Claire Ducrocq Weinkauf, who is committed to producing wines that are lively, fresh and balanced. The winery offers more than a dozen different types of wine, including an imported Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs Champagne. Picayune's wines are ideal for pairing with food, and wines such as the 2021 Hay Penny Rosé, 2021 Albariño, 2020 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and the 2019 Padlock, a blend of Bordeaux grape varieties.

Indian Springs Resort in Calistoga, California, has added the La Palmeraie Lounge to its amenities. This cozy Airstream lounge/cafe is now open to both hotel guests and the public. The lounge is housed in a vintage 16-foot Airstream, which was initially launched as a temporary outdoor food and beverage venue in 2021, then approved for a permanent permit by the Calistoga Planning Commission. The lounge serves breakfast, pastries, coffee, small bites and cocktails in a tropical-themed atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery and tall palm trees.

Monday Bakery, located in downtown Napa, is more than just a pastry shop - it's a community hub where Sally Latimer, the owner and pastry chef, aims to sweeten the week for locals and tourists alike with her delectable pastries and coffee. Latimer's culinary philosophy was shaped by her grandmother, Julia Child, whom she considers a hero, and the ingredients for her recipes are sourced from local farmers. The bakery, which is less than a year old, has already become a popular gathering place for the community, where people can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a cup of coffee while catching up with friends or getting some work done.

The Moonshine is an outdoor theater situated within Calistoga’s Mount View Hotel and Spa’s complex. The hotel's owners, Michael and Stephanie Woods, decided to add The Moonshine to the property in 2020, and they now host weekly live performances, movie screenings, occasional pop-up chef events and winemaker “takeovers.” The cafe is fast becoming a vibrant part of Calistoga's cultural scene.
